Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing or product defects, subject to availability.
If your desired item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. (AUSPOST is recommended)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How Shipping works
All Australian and International shipments are usually processed and shipped within 2 days of placing an order. If anything occurs that requires a longer shipping time, you will be notified. Either via the email you provided or an Instagram story will go up.
Shipment deliveries vary through locations and are ultimately determined by AUSPOST and contributing international postage companies. Within Australia shipmentrs usually take 3-4 days to be delivered, and international shipments usually have a wait time of 2 weeks. This may vary due to different countries' work hours and policies.
